Fillon prohibits any tax measure outside finance law
The government wants more than ever, give pledges of seriousness on the issue of deficits. Fillon finally asks ministers to screening assessments for all tax provisions that they want to introduce the draft budget law or draft law on financing social security. All this will lead ultimately to limit the creation of new tax loopholes
